Five years ago, Rhody Wash owner Tom Lucena set out to learn the power washing industry from the best.

Tom traveled to Long Island, where he trained under a professional exterior cleaning company known for servicing some of the most beautiful and luxurious homes on the island. From the North Fork to Montauk and the Hamptons, he worked on high-end properties and learned the safest, most professional, and most efficient methods to clean and protect homes.

During that time, Tom realized something important: the same careful, high-quality cleaning used on luxury estates could — and should — be available to everyday homeowners.

After returning north, Tom spent time in Boston washing homes alongside one of his best friends from college. Their work across the city further sharpened his skills and reinforced the value of reliable, detail-oriented service.
